Rinse your boat with both a stern and bow fresh water rinsing station. Launch your boat for free. This slip is a two minute ride from two free boat launches. Pick the one you like!

15 minutes from Crab Island (by boat). Many marinas, restaurants, launches, and gas - all within a few minutes from these slips.

Other Notes & Info
!!!!NO BOAT PARKING IN ANY DRIVEWAY!!!! Boats are to be parked in the slips or can be parked in the street, pulled off to the side.
Empty trailer parking is included on the property.
Loaded trailer parking is NOT permissible on the property as the trailers with boats destroy the paver driveway, especially after rainy weather or when the ground is wet soaked.
